Toolzent

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information Toolzent (“we”, “us”, “the site”) collects when you use toolzent.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

The short version

Information we collect

1. Tool inputs (not collected). Every calculator and tool runs locally in your browser. The values you type are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us.

2. Automatically collected technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics may automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address (often truncated/anonymised), browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate traffic — not to identify you personally.

3. Cookies & advertising identifiers. See “Cookies and advertising” below and our Cookie Policy.

4. Information you give us. If you use our contact form, the name, email and message you submit are processed by our form provider (Web3Forms) and emailed to us, solely so we can reply.

Cookies and advertising

We use third-party advertising, primarily Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform to ask for your consent before personalised advertising cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy/consent option on the site, or via the opt-out links above.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its “sale” — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected].

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Aggregate analytics data is retained in non-identifying form. We do not build personal profiles of visitors.

Third-party links

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
